असम राइफल्स ने तकनीकी और ट्रेड्समैन ट्रेडों के लिए रैली भर्ती २०२६ की घोषणा की है। इस भर्ती के तहत वारंट अधिकारी, हवलदार और राइफलमैन के कुल ३५४ पद भरे जाएंगे। यह भर्ती केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए है और पूरे भारत के उम्मीदवार इसमें भाग ले सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन २८ सितंबर २०२६ से शुरू हुए थे और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि २८ अक्टूबर २०२६ है, इसलिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों के पास अब केवल दो दिन का समय बचा है। रैली के लिए शारीरिक और शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा अस्थायी रूप से २३ नवंबर २०२६ से जोरहाट और दीफू, असम में आयोजित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अंतिम तिथि से पहले आवेदन पूरा करें और सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार रखें।

There is 10 percent Ex-Servicemen horizontal reservation in applicable trades.
Age Limit
Age is calculated as on 01 July 2026. For most Rifleman and Havildar trades, the age limit is 18 to 23 years. For Warrant Officer trades, namely Cipher, Draughtsman, OT Technician and Physiotherapist, the age limit is 18 to 25 years. Relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, as per rules for Ex-Servicemen, and 5 years for Government servants.
Salary Details

Selection Process
The selection will be held in stages. First, candidates will face the RFID-based Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test, including a 5 km run in 24 minutes, or a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes for Ladakh candidates. Next comes Document Verification, followed by a Computer Based Test of 100 marks, with a pass mark of 35 percent for General and EWS candidates and 33 percent for SC, ST and OBC candidates. After that, a Trade Skill Test will be held, which is qualifying in nature and may call up to four times the vacancies. Candidates who clear these stages will go through Detailed Medical Examination and Review Medical Examination. The final merit will be prepared trade-wise and category-wise.
Physical Standards and Documents
Height required is 170 cm for general candidates, 165 cm for Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas and candidates from North East, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Ladakh, and 162.5 cm for ST candidates. Chest should be 80 cm, expanding to 85 cm, for general candidates, with relaxations as per category. Weight should be proportionate to height and age. Candidates must bring their domicile or Permanent Resident Certificate of their State or Union Territory, which is mandatory, along with education and ITI certificates, the fee receipt and a printed copy of the application form to the rally.
