Age Limit
Maximum 25 years for UR/EWS as on 01 October 2026. Relaxation: OBC (NCL) 3 years, SC/ST 5 years, PwBD 10 years, PwBD+OBC (NCL) 13 years, PwBD+SC/ST 15 years, Ex-Servicemen 5 years as per Government guidelines.
Salary Details
E-II Grade Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000; approx. CTC Rs. 13 lakh per annum; plus DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement and other admissible perquisites. The pay scale is due for revision with effect from 01 January 2027.
Training: 6 months Orientation/On-the-Job training; 2-year Service Agreement, Rs. 2,00,000 payable on breach. Posting: Bangalore, Ghaziabad, Pune/Nagpur/Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad/Ibrahimpatnam, Chennai, Palasamudram/Nimmaluru/Machilipatnam, Panchkula, Kotdwara, or anywhere in India as per requirement.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test — 85 marks, 125 questions (100 Technical + 25 General Aptitude/Reasoning) in 120 minutes, 1 mark each, 1/4 mark deducted per wrong answer, bilingual English/Hindi, minimum qualifying 35% (UR/OBC/EWS) / 30% (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Interview — 15 marks, shortlisting 1:5 discipline-wise and category-wise on CBT performance.
- Document Verification + medical fitness.
CBT is tentatively on 22 December 2026. Colour blindness is not suitable as per company medical standards.
