Upper age limit as on 30 September 2026: Additional Chief Manager 44 years, Senior Manager 42 years, Manager 40 years, Deputy Manager 37 years, Assistant Manager 35 years, Senior Engineer 32 years. The cut-off date for determining age limit and post-qualification experience is 30.09.2026. Candidates must ensure they meet the age criteria for the grade they apply for.
Salary Details
Pay Scales (Executive Cadre): Additional Chief Manager (E-6) Rs. 90,000–2,40,000 (approx. CTC 35.30 LPA); Senior Manager (E-5) Rs. 80,000–2,20,000 (approx. CTC 31.40 LPA); Manager (E-4) Rs. 70,000–2,00,000 (approx. CTC 27.50 LPA); Deputy Manager (E-3) Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 (approx. CTC 22.10 LPA); Assistant Manager (E-2) Rs. 50,000–1,60,000 (approx. CTC 18.40 LPA); Senior Engineer (E-1A) Rs. 45,000–1,50,000 (approx. CTC 16.50 LPA). In addition, perks & allowances, HRA as per Government of India notification, Group Personal Accident Insurance, medical insurance and Performance Related Pay (PRP) are admissible as per HURL rules.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates who are found apparently eligible based on the notified specifications and their application declarations. HURL may revise the eligibility criteria or limit the number of applications and may conduct a shortlisting/online screening/selection test.
- Written Test / Group Discussion / Interview, as applicable for the post.
- Final selection subject to medical fitness as per HURL Rules; offers are issued strictly against actual vacancies in order of merit from the approved panel, which remains valid for six months.
