All 7 posts are Unreserved (UR). SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates applying against UR posts will be considered on general merit, and no age relaxation will be given on that account. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen is otherwise as per Government guidelines, subject to a maximum age of 53 years on 06.11.2026 in any case.
Age Limit
Project Engineer: maximum 35 years as on 06.11.2026. Senior Project Engineer: maximum 40 years as on 06.11.2026. The upper age limit is not applicable to departmental candidates.
Salary Details
Project Engineer: consolidated pay Rs. 1,14,420 per month. Senior Project Engineer: consolidated pay Rs. 1,33,490 per month. Selected candidates will also get Employer’s PF contribution, HRA (if company accommodation is not provided), gratuity and other benefits under MOIL’s Fixed Term Employment Policy. Initial tenure is up to 3 years, extendable by up to 2 more years (not exceeding 12 months at a time) based on performance and requirement.
Selection Process
Depending on the number of applications, MOIL may conduct a written/skill assessment wherever considered necessary, followed by interview/technical evaluation. The mode of selection, number of candidates called for interview and other modalities are at MOIL’s discretion. Appointment is subject to pre-employment medical fitness.

Application form (Annexure A of the notification), Demand Draft, birth/secondary certificate, educational certificates and all semester mark sheets, experience certificates with CTC proof (appointment letter / pay slip / PF statement / bank statement), caste certificate if applicable, EWS income & asset certificate if applicable, NOC from current employer for Govt./PSU employees, disability certificate if applicable, and one valid photo ID — all self-attested, arranged in the same series as the notification.
