ITI trades include CAD Operator/Draughtsman (Civil), CAD Operator/Draughtsman (Mechanical), Electrician and other trades such as Mechanic, Welder, Fitter, Turner and Plumber. Minimum marks: 60% for General/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates in the essential qualification.

Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 years old as on 05 November 2026. The upper age limit and relaxation are as per the Apprenticeship Rules and Government norms stated in the official notification.

Selection Process
Selection will be on the basis of a merit list prepared from the percentage of marks in the essential qualification. There will be no written test and no interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification, followed by medical examination and joining formalities.

Then fill the RITES Apprentices Details Entry Form at apprentice.rites.com/ApprenticeForm/ with the NATS/NAPS registration number and application reference ID. 3. Upload the required documents as a single PDF (up to 10 MB) and submit the form before 25 November 2026, 11:59 PM. 4. Keep a copy of the submitted form for future reference.
