Age Limit
Maximum age: 27 years as on 25 November 2026. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, EWS and ex-servicemen as per Government of India norms; a separate Board-approved relaxation applies to ABV-IIITM regular / contract / outsourced staff. Qualification, experience and age are all counted as on 25 November 2026.
Salary Details
Junior Technician posts are placed in Pay Level-3 (7th CPC Pay Matrix). The notification does not print the basic pay amount separately — pay and allowances will be as per Level-3 rules.
Selection Process
- Part-A Written Test (MCQ pattern): all applicants appear in a single sitting.
- Shortlisting: based on the Part-A score — 7 candidates for the first vacancy and 5 candidates for each remaining vacancy are shortlisted.
- Part-B Written Test (Descriptive pattern) — shortlisted candidates only.
- Skill / Computer Proficiency / Trade Test — shortlisted candidates only.
- Document Verification — originals plus one set of self-attested copies.
The exam pattern, marks and duration are not given in the notification — they will be notified later on the institute website. The list of shortlisted candidates will be shown on the institute website, and no individual message will be sent.
