This is a training stipend, not a regular salary for a permanent post. No employment is guaranteed after training.

Selection Process

Preliminary merit list: On ITI + 10th marks for ITI trades, and on 8th (Rigger) or 10th (Crane Operator Overhead, Forger & Heat Treater) marks for non-ITI trades, trade- and category-wise.
Written examination: January 2027 at Karwar, 100 marks – Mathematics 35, General Science 35, General Knowledge 30. OMR-based, no negative marking. Candidates are called in the ratio 1:20 for each vacancy in each trade and category.
Final merit list: On written-exam marks, with 40% minimum qualifying marks, followed by a wait list.
Document verification and medical examination for shortlisted candidates.

Part 2: Post the printed candidate profile
