Age Limit
As on 14 October 2026, candidates must not be under 21 years. The upper age limit is up to 45 years for Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager level posts, and 18-40 years for Overman. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules and company policy.
Salary
Manager (Mining) E-4: Rs. 73,300-2,06,100. Deputy Manager (Mining / Geology / Environment) E-3: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700. Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager (Survey) E-2: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 and E-1: Rs. 56,100-1,77,500. Assistant Manager (Mining) E-1: Rs. 56,100-1,77,500. Overman S-2/S-1: Rs. 35,400-1,12,400. These are IDA pay scales, besides other allowances and benefits as per company rules.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed through a Personal Interview only. Mere fulfilment of the qualification criteria does not give a right to shortlisting for interview, and final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview, organizational requirement and vacancies.
