Who Can Update
All three conditions below must hold together. If even one condition is missing, the candidate cannot use this facility.
- The candidate appeared in the CEN 09/2025 CBT.
- The candidate did not furnish NCVT examination marks in the online application.
- The candidate did give the date of the last NCVT examination in the application.
Eligible candidates can fill or update their NCVT certificate details, marks obtained and passing status. The NCVT examination must have been appeared before 9 March 2026. The result need not have been declared by that date. CCAA candidates are exempt from PET, and their NCVT marks carry weightage on a one-third basis in the final merit list.
What Happens If You Miss It
- The candidate will get zero marks against NCVT weightage in the final merit list.
- The candidate will not be treated as a CCAA Trained in Railway Establishment holding NAC from NCVT.
- Later requests made by any other mode will not be considered.
- The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the record available after the window closes.

- Keep the NCVT certificate, marks details and passing status ready before opening the portal.
- Open the modification window portal during the window, from 22 October 2026 to 28 October 2026.
- Log in with the credentials used for the CEN 09/2025 application.
- Open the CCAA modification facility for CEN 09/2025.
- Fill or update the NCVT certificate details, marks obtained and passing status.
- Check every entry carefully, then submit before 28 October 2026 at 23:59 hrs.
