Age Limit
Age limit (as on 11 December 2026, the eligibility cut-off date): NDMC – 18 to 32 years; Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board – 18 to 27 years; MCD – maximum 27 years (minimum 18 years); Delhi Transco – 18 to 27 years; DUSIB – 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, PwBD +10 years (PwBD + SC/ST 15 years, PwBD + OBC 13 years), departmental candidates up to 5 years (Group B) / up to 40 years of age (Group C), Ex-Servicemen – military service + 3 years (maximum age 55 years), and meritorious sportspersons +5 years (Group C posts only).
Salary Details
NDMC / MCD / DUSIB – Pay Level-6: Rs 35,400 – 1,12,400 per month. Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board – Rs 9,300 – 34,800 + Grade Pay Rs 4,200 per month. Delhi Transco – Pay Level-8: Rs 52,000 – 1,51,100 per month. Allowances as per the rules of the respective department / Government of NCT of Delhi.
Selection Process
- Tier-I Examination (Technical): 200 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours — Section A (General — 100 questions) + Section B (Subject / discipline — 100 questions). Tier-I is qualifying in nature and is used only for shortlisting candidates for Tier-II.
- Tier-II Examination (Technical): 200 marks, 2 hours — Part I: 100 questions × 1 mark + Part II: 50 questions × 2 marks.
- Negative marking: 0.25 mark for a wrong answer in 1-mark questions and 0.50 mark for a wrong answer in 2-mark questions.
- Qualifying marks: General / EWS — 40%, OBC (Delhi) — 35%, SC / ST / PwBD — 30%.
- Examination language: Bilingual — Hindi and English. The examination date has not been announced in the notification and will be notified in due course.
