दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे (SECR), बिलासपुर ने Scouts & Guides Quota के तहत Level-1 (erstwhile Group D) के 06 पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे हैं। इसमें बिलासपुर, रायपुर और नागपुर मंडल में 02-02 पद हैं। 10वीं पास या ITI/NAC वाले और तय Scouts & Guides योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवार 17 अक्टूबर से 16 नवंबर 2026 तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। चयन लिखित परीक्षा, दस्तावेज जांच और मेडिकल परीक्षा से होगा।

Scouts & Guides qualification (mandatory): President Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge holder; active member of the Scouts & Guides movement for the last 5 years; participation in two events at National Level OR All India Railways Level and two events at State Level. Educational qualification: 10th pass OR ITI or equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

Age Limit
Age 18–33 years as on 01 January 2027 for Level-1. Date-of-birth limits in the notification: UR — not born before 02 January 1994; OBC — not born before 02 January 1991; SC/ST — not born before 02 January 1989; and no candidate born after 01 January 2009.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Level-1 under the 7th Central Pay Commission, with allowances as admissible under Railway rules.
Selection Process
Selection for Level-1 will be through a written examination conducted bilingually (Hindi and English), followed by document verification / screening and a medical examination for selected candidates. The notification also contains a marks table for Scouting / Guiding events, courses and rallies, which forms part of the assessment.
