Eligibility conditions: Only candidates who are original residents of Madhya Pradesh can apply; preference to residents of Mandsaur, Neemuch, Ratlam, Agar and Ujjain districts, and remaining seats then filled from other districts. A candidate must not have previously been registered for apprenticeship in any establishment, nor worked for one year or more in any organization. A candidate may apply for only one trade.

Age Limit
Minimum age 18 years for all categories, calculated as on 15 November 2026. Maximum age: General — 27 years; SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) — 5 years’ relaxation; Divyang — 10 years’ relaxation.
Salary Details
Stipend Rs. 9,600 per month for ITI certificate holders, as per the directions of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and the Apprenticeship Amendment Rules 2025. No other allowance or benefit is payable beyond this stipend.
Selection Process
Selection will be through a merit list based on total marks / CGPA / percentage in ITI. In case of equal marks, the older candidate gets preference, and a waiting list may be used if required. Training completion does not oblige MPPGCL to offer employment. Selected candidates must submit an agreement/undertaking on Rs. 1000 stamp paper, a medical fitness certificate, one-year accident insurance, portal registration and an Aadhaar photocopy; trainees must arrange their own accommodation (company accommodation, if vacant, only on the prescribed fee basis).

- Register as a candidate on the NAPS portal apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- Use Establishment Search to select Gandhisagar Jal Vidyut Grah (MPPGCL), Gandhisagar.
- Apply for the vacancy of your trade (only one trade) as per eligibility.
- Submit before 15 November 2026, 11:59 PM — late applications will not be accepted.
- Offer letters will be sent to the apprentice profile on the portal, and further correspondence will be by e-mail.
