Age Limit
Maximum age 40 years as on 22 November 2026. Relaxation: SC/ST — 5 years; OBC-NCL — 3 years; PwBD — 10 years (in addition to SC/ST/OBC-NCL relaxation where applicable). All eligibility criteria, including age and experience, are reckoned as on 22 November 2026.
Salary Details
Approximate monthly emoluments at the minimum of the pay scale: Bangalore — basic Rs. 26,624, gross Rs. 39,137; X Class Cities — basic Rs. 26,624, gross Rs. 36,475; Y Class Cities — basic Rs. 24,258, gross Rs. 30,808; Z Class Cities — basic Rs. 20,644, gross Rs. 26,218. The basic remuneration is revised in line with Central Government minimum wage rates. Engagement is purely on contract basis, initially for 1 year, extendable until completion of the assignment. Posting is in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Lakshadweep; selected candidates are liable for posting anywhere in India as per company requirements. No TA/DA is payable.
Selection Process
Selection will be through a written test followed by document scrutiny, subject to medical fitness as per RITES Rules. The written test has 125 objective questions of 1 mark each, duration 2.5 hours, with no negative marking. PwBD candidates get 50 minutes of compensatory time. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts. Written test syllabus (as per the official notification): Quantitative Aptitude — around 35 questions; Data Interpretation — around 35 questions; Logical Reasoning — around 35 questions; Basic Awareness / General Knowledge — around 20 questions. Tentative test centres: Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram and Secunderabad. A merit list is prepared only for candidates who secure the minimum marks and clear document scrutiny; empanelment does not guarantee selection.

Fill the online application carefully, noting the Registration No. generated on top of the form and quoting it in all further communication. 3. Upload all required documents (High School certificate, qualification certificates with all semester mark sheets, percentage conversion document if applicable, category certificate if applicable, identity/address proof, PAN card, and proof of each period of experience in a single PDF in chronological order). 4. Pay the fee online under the “Make Payment” section and download the final application form. 5. Submit before 22 November 2026. Only one application per vacancy can be submitted and it cannot be altered after submission; hard copies are not to be sent by post or courier.
